What We Stand For – NoDifference = No Difference
Our name says it all: For us, NoDifference means that differences are not barriers, but rather that diversity is what unites us.
No matter who you are, how you identify, or whom you love—you are welcome here. We see you as a human being and treat you with respect, openness, and acceptance. Because that is exactly what we stand for: a sense of togetherness without exclusion or prejudice.
A particular focus of our work is on the themes of queerness and acceptance. We want to create spaces where diversity is visible, can be lived out, and is taken for granted. For us, it’s not just about celebrating, but also about raising awareness, broadening perspectives, and fostering dialogue both within and outside the community.
We are aware that for many queer people, it is still not a given in everyday life to be able to show up freely and without restraint everywhere. That is exactly why we consciously create an environment where you can feel safe—a space where you don’t have to explain who you are, but can simply be yourself. Without pressure, without judgment, without the feeling that you have to conform.
Our events do exactly that: they provide a space for discussion, encourage reflection, and at the same time invite everyone to celebrate together and have a good time. Whether it’s parties, cultural events, themed nights, or special highlights like our Queer Ball—we create opportunities for connection, exchange, and genuine community.
